Japanese ceramics
Influenced by China and Korea, Japan has a large and long tradition in the
manufacture of ceramic objects of the most varied and richest in the world.
There are different artistic styles:
Raku : very much used for the ceremony of the tea, it is "rustic" with the
"natural" ceramics colours
Arita-Imari : styled with perfect form, sharp
colours and sophisticated drawings.
